Altium International at the NIH Research Festival

At this year’s NIH Research Festival, Altium International brought cutting-edge technology directly to the research community. Our booth showcased cutting-edge innovations in live-cell imaging, organoid analysis, and pre-clinical in vivo imaging, featuring industry-leading technologies from VIEWORKS, Phasefocus, Phase Holographic Imaging, TOMOCUBE, INC., and CellDynamics.

Workshop Recap: Quantitative Phase Imaging for Cell Quality Control

We also hosted a highly attended workshop led by Dr. Casey Clark on Quantitative Phase Imaging (QPI), where participants learned how this groundbreaking technology is reshaping cell quality control.

Key Workshop Insights:

  • Topic: Quantitative Phase Imaging provides non-invasive, real-time monitoring of cell morphology (e.g., width, height, and eccentricity) and offers a robust alternative to traditional methods like PCR and RNA sequencing.
  • Case Study: We explored QPI’s application in mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) research, emphasizing its potential to improve manufacturing outcomes and patient safety.

Attendees walked away with a deeper understanding of how Phase Holographic Imaging is advancing this transformative technology.

Thank you to everyone who visited our booth, joined the workshop, or connected with our team. We’re excited to continue driving innovation and supporting the research community!

Stay tuned for more updates and future events!
